The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything we needed. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Overall, it was a fantastic value for the price. We'd definitely stay here again!

The room had 2 queen sized beds. We were on day 9 and 10 of traveling and appreciated a little space for sleeping. The air conditioning was clean, when it was turned on no dusk came out, that was a huge plus and heat and cooling both worked to maintain a comfortable temperature as the environment temperatures changes from day to night and rainy day.

breakfast was waffle, egg, sausage, cercal, milk, coffee, toast, orange drink (not juice), whirlpool, like the price for the area, it is an older property but was clean

We had a suite which was huge! It had the room with 2 queen beds and a nightstand, a TV on top of a dresser with large drawers, a small fridge, bathroom set up which was very clean. There was a second room, same size as the first room, with a couch, a coffee table, another dresser with large drawers, a second TV, a large kitchen table & 6 chairs, full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee pot. The rooms were very clean! The free hot breakfast was decent too.

Customer friendly - I think her name was Maria front desk was really nice and willing to help. Also met Diamond she is also from front desk housekeeper Reina is very nice and helpful did an awesome job.Location is close to attractions and restaurants.Pizza Hut is right next door no need to cross streets or use your car

Staff was off the charts with hospitality. For what they charge it's an exceptional value. For the cost and how the staff is you won't find a better value in the area. When I travel back to this area I would definitely use this hotel

THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. I LOVED THAT IT WAS LOCATED IN THE MAIN STRIP SO I WAS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING I NEEDED. STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. WE CAME IN FROM A 4 DAY CRUISE AND WAS EXTREMELY EXHAUSTED AND LET ME HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN FOR ONLY $25.

For the rate I paid , great value for money. Good location, very close to old town Kissimmee where you find good restaurants, fun activities and a lot to spend 3-4 hours in the evening. Hotel was also comfortable
