Clarion Inn & Suites Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South

breakfast was good wish they would change it up each day instead of the same thing over, room was a nice size, beds/pillows were comfortable, front desk staff were nice. Microwave worked as well as the mini fridge, ac heater worked fine. This room was carpeted which I love and prefer over floors. This is my 3rd time staying and will come again, is a very affordable price and it is close to everything restaurants, entertainment ect…definitely recommend for couples or family -Benedicto 1/27/2025

The room had 2 queen sized beds. We were on day 9 and 10 of traveling and appreciated a little space for sleeping. The air conditioning was clean, when it was turned on no dusk came out, that was a huge plus and heat and cooling both worked to maintain a comfortable temperature as the environment temperatures changes from day to night and rainy day.

We had a suite which was huge! It had the room with 2 queen beds and a nightstand, a TV on top of a dresser with large drawers, a small fridge, bathroom set up which was very clean. There was a second room, same size as the first room, with a couch, a coffee table, another dresser with large drawers, a second TV, a large kitchen table & 6 chairs, full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee pot. The rooms were very clean! The free hot breakfast was decent too.

Staff was off the charts with hospitality. For what they charge it's an exceptional value. For the cost and how the staff is you won't find a better value in the area. When I travel back to this area I would definitely use this hotel

For the rate I paid , great value for money. Good location, very close to old town Kissimmee where you find good restaurants, fun activities and a lot to spend 3-4 hours in the evening. Hotel was also comfortable
